Rupak was born with autism and is a student at WeCAN, in Chennai. He is non-verbal and expresses himself through his paintings. He started his training under American art therapist Melissa Enderle, he has since then been mentored by his father Rajendra. Rupak’s style is abstract and colourful. He explores depth and space by painting in multiple layers and is known for his unique textures on canvas, often conveying his emotions through his use of colour.
